Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Next Topup LLC ("Next Topup", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit nexttopup.living or use Next Topup, a free reminder service for the validity of prepaid mobile and data plans offered in the United States. It includes disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and by other US state privacy laws.
1. Information we collect
- Identifiers you submit: your full name and mobile phone number.
- Service information: the plan names, recharge dates, and validity periods you enter, and your reminder settings.
- Internet and device activity: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookie data: as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, bank logins, account passwords, or one-time verification codes, and we never ask for them.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your request and text you a link to start using Next Topup.
- To provide the service, including the reminders you set up.
- To provide customer support and send service messages.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service.
- With your consent, to measure our advertising, including through the Snap Pixel.
3. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only to: service providers and contractors that help us operate Next Topup (hosting, SMS and WhatsApp delivery, email, analytics), who are contractually limited to our instructions; advertising partners such as Snap Inc., only where you have consented through our cookie controls; and government authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information for money. We may "share" limited identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising only when you consent; you can opt out at any time — see Do Not Sell or Share.
4. Your US privacy rights
Depending on your state (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes allowed by law.
To exercise a right, email info@nexttopup.living or call +1 503-295-2222. We will verify your request using the phone number and name on file and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. We also honor opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.
5. Retention
We keep request information for up to 24 months or until you ask us to delete it. Service information is kept while you use the service and deleted within 90 days after you stop. We keep records longer only where required by law.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; where a breach affects you, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
7. Messaging terms
By providing your number and consent, you agree to receive recurring service messages and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Children
Next Topup is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
